Q: One of my colleagues is on sick leave and we need to use their licence. What should we do?

A: The Helpdesk will be happy to issue you with access on a temporary basis for the period of your colleague’s absence. If the absence is going to be longer than 2 calendar weeks then we will delete the current user’s profile and reissue a new named user at the bank with full log in instructions. Q: I am taking maternity leave. How can I give someone else my licence?

A: The Helpdesk will be happy to issue one of your colleagues with access. We will delete the current user profile and reissue a new named user at the bank with full log in instructions. Upon your return from maternity leave we can then reinstate your access to the site. Please contact us using helpdesk@bankersalmanac.com

Q: Why can I not access the Due Diligence feature?

A: The Due Diligence module is an additional module on the website which can be added to your profile. It provides access to AML documents such as Banking Licences and USA PATRIOT Act certificates. If you would like to subscribe to the Due Diligence module please contact one of our Sales Team to arrange a trial of the module.

Q: I have noticed some information about my bank which requires updating. How do I do this?

A: We have a fantastic facility called EDC (Electronic Data Capture) where Banks can update their own data online or alert us to changes on other institutions. Please click on this link to find out more.

Q: I have noticed some information about another institution which requires updating. How do I do this?

A: There is a feedback link at the top of every bank information page, which will allow you to provide comments about an institution. Our Editorial team will investigate and verify the information you have provided. Please provide your email address if you require a response from them.
