This message will appear when you have not logged out of the site correctly. There is a log-out button on the top left hand side of the screen.
When you leave the site, you must log off. Otherwise the system will keep you logged in. This prevents widespread abuse and sharing of the licenses.
This error message will disappear after twenty minutes as the system will reset. If you need to regain access quicker than the 20 minute refresh period then the Helpdesk will be happy to log you off.
