You will have purchased a license based on concurrency
i.e Total number of licenses = 2
Number of people that can use the site at any one time = 1
So you would have a 1 / 2 concurrent license
If you are receiving the above error message it means that someone else is already logged onto the website and is therefore using up the concurrency range. You will have to wait for your colleague to log off and leave the site before you can log on.
