Something has probably happened to the cookie file on your PC that allows you to log-in to Bankersalmanac.com automatically. Common reasons for this are that you changed your PC or have had your systems changed/upgraded on your current PC. Or you may be trying to access Bankersalmanac.com from a PC other than the one where you first registered your license.
You must contact the Helpdesk so we can reset your profile for you and allow you to log back in.
The shortcuts you have saved to My Bankers' Almanac will be saved and you will not lose any of this information.
Do not enter the generic username you were first given to access the site as you may be taking licenses from other potential users.
