If you are asked to enter your username / password after having automatic access to the Institution Search screen then you have lost the cookie file which enables your automatic access.
This error message will occur if the Helpdesk have sent you a “Cookie Reissue” email in the past to reset your access and you are trying to use these details again (i.e. sarah22) because you are being asked to enter your username / password instead of seeing the Institution Search screen as normal.
Please see the following possible reasons as to why you may be receiving this message:
Are you trying to access Bankersalmanac.com from a PC other than the one where you first registered your license?
You have changed your PC or have you had your systems changed / upgraded on your current PC?
You must contact the Helpdesk so we can reset your profile for you and allow you to log back in. All of your bookmarks will be saved and you will not lose any of this information. You do not need to enter the generic username you were first given to access the site as you may be taking licenses from other potential users.
