If you are trying to log-in and are getting an error message instead of being able to access Bankersalmanac.com or The Due Diligence Repository, please identify the message from the list below to find out more about the type of problem you are experiencing.

• The maximum number of users permitted for group has been reached
• User is already logged in
• Invalid username or password
• Unauthorised access
• The concurrency limit for group xxx has been reached
• Please login with your personal username and NOT your group name e.g. "username77" instead of "username”
• User "username" expired on 01/01/01
• You have run out of time credit
• User "mygroup77" is inactive
• User "groupname77" is awaiting activation
