The Mergers & Acquisitions Search
allows you to search Bankersalmanac.com for details on mergers, acquisitions,
license suspensions and revocations using one or more of the following
criteria:
- Event Type: go to the Event Type field, hold down
the Control key and click on the event types you want. To select a range, hold
down the Shift key. The default setting for this field is All Event Types.
- Date Range: use the From and To dates to see merger
and acquisition activity within a specified time period. To change the From
and To dates use the drop down menus attached to each one.
- Bank Name: enter the bank name in the Bank Name field;
leave it empty to search on all banks or use the wildcard (*) symbol if you
are unsure of the spelling, e.g. viz*a to search for Vizcaya. Do not include
accents.
- Country: you can search by up to 5 countries at one
time. To select countries, go to the Country field hold down the Control key
and click on the countries you want. The default setting for this field is All
Countries.
