The Due Diligence Alert provides you with updates on the documents held in the Bankersalmanac.com Due Diligence Repository. This service is only available to subscribers of the Due Diligence Repository.
- An institution will feature in the Due Diligence Alert if it has submitted or re-submitted a document to the Repository in the last week, or if it has undergone an event that is of particular interest to Due Diligence users, e.g. liquidation, bankruptcy, banking licence revocation.
- For additional information on recent and forthcoming changes to banks and financial institutions such as mergers, name changes and take overs, you should sign up to the Mergers & Acquisitions Alert.
- This page allows you to manage the information you receive in your weekly Due Diligence Alert email.
- You can register to receive updates for changes to all institutions here, you can choose by document or event type. This option is of interest to users who need to monitor a large number of institutions, or who are only interested in a specific type of document.
- My Watchlist allows you to monitor specific institutions and keep up-to-date with any changes to their Due Diligence documents.
- You can add an institution to your Watchlist by clicking "Add to Watchlist" in an institution's Due Diligence Report.
- You remove an institution from your Watchlist by clicking "Remove from Watchlist" in the Due Diligence Report, or in the My Watchlist page.
- As soon as you add an institution to your Watchlist you are automatically registered to receive an alert email.
- To ensure you are confident that you are receiving the correct information, you will automatically be sent an email even if there are no changes to the institutions on your Watchlist, but you can stop receiving these updates by changing your Due Diligence Alert Options.
- The Watchlist Bulletin Board is where you can view updates to the institutions on your Watchlist for a given week.
- It displays the same data that you will be sent by email.
- Up to four weeks of Due Diligence Alert information are available from this page.
- If there are no changes that week, there will be a message to that effect.
- Click an institution's name to go to their Due Diligence Report, any documents that have been submitted or re-submitted by the bank in the last week are clearly indicated.
- You can choose not receive Due Diligence Alert information by email, the information will still be available in the Watchlist Bulletin Board.
- The Due Diligence Bulletin Board is where you can view updates to all institutions in the Bankersalmanac.com Due Diligence Repository.
