Recent Assignments Royal Bank of Scotland RBS We worked in the international payments area within RBS assisting them with the project management of the migration between Natwest Bank and RBS. The overall project budget was £2.3billion with a projected headcount saving of 18,000. We delivered on time and within budget. Societe General Bank We project managed the bespoke web based Java development of the Global Equities Research project. This project involved considerable travel and co-ordination with the Paris, New York, Singapore and Tokyo offices. This was a 45 person team with a £10million budget and was successfully delivered on time and within budget. Capital One Credit Cards We project managed the implementation of a credit card fraud package solution. The IT solution saved Capital One over £1m in the first month of operation.
